Shana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Integrative and Functional Dietitian/Health Coach with 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She has a passion for helping people get to the root of their nutritional challenges and will provide you with the knowledge and inspiration needed to help you accomplish your individual goals. She loves showing people how to make eating healthy practical and delicious. You can often find Shana navigating the grocery store, tinkering in the kitchen, experimenting with different recipes/ingredients, traveling, getting outdoors and enjoying time with friends and family.
