Once a month we will offer a special class that is designed by an individual WIP coach to work on specific skills that is close to home for that coach. Each of the coach sereis classes will be 1-1/2 hours and will occur outside of regular class time. The class will cost $25 and will be capped at 12-14 pariticipants.
Topics may include Brick workous, gymnastics style training, obstacle course training, rowing classes etc...
WIP is happy to announce that our Coach’s Series workouts are making a comeback! February 11th will be our kick off, hosted by Coach Leah, who will be focusing the 90 minute workout on endurance strength, and stamina. The workout will take place at WIP West Hartford, and will begin at 3. Why is this important? Endurance/Stamina refers to your ability to exert yourself or remain active over time. It also refers to your ability to withstand fatigue and stress. Endurance training helps improve cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular endurance during any aerobic or anaerobic exercise. You can expect longer work time, shorter rest, and tips to help you “keep going” Who’s ready to get there sweat on?
As always, the coaches series is limited to 12 participants to maximize individual growth. This class costs $25 and you must purchase a coaches series pass and pre-register for this class.
