WIP Tips

 
  • Purchase your trial membership and book your classes online prior to hitting WIP.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session so our coaches can check you in, show you around, answer any questions you might have, and welcome you!

  • Our coaches are here to take great care of you whether you are new to this style of workout or are a seasoned pro looking to up your game. They will provide individualized movement modifications and/or progressions to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout.

  • Be sure to change into “indoor only” sneakers upon arrival to help us keep the floors and equipment clean and functioning properly for your use.

  • Bring a water bottle, you’re going to need it. We have a filling station at the gym.

  • Get excited: you’re about to join a great community, work up a sweat, have fun, and crush your fitness goals!

  • Nervous to WIP? Our community of clients and coaches are extremely welcoming. We can’t wait to workout with you.
